It's a scam. They let you get out of the parking without scanning the ticket, then make you pay for three days as a penalty and give you hell over the phone when you complain.
This is ridiculous there are no attendees my card was charged twice and only allowed 4hrs the machine doesn't give you an option for a longer period I scanned my ticket to leave within 5 minutes and was charged $15
