Helpful personnel,under renovation.
At the place ok. When loaded at back ok. The guy took out my take to load my stuff. Forgot to put rake... no problem. When I realized I call back that's when I had problems. Phone service absolutely crappy you say hello I say hello as I went to explain my problem to wait a minute put me on hold. Waited forever so I called back girl says hello I start to explain she says 1 minute puts me on hold I tried this four times same thing. Finally I leave it on hold and a guy comes on and I explained try to explain the problem and he says this is Plumbing hangs up the phone
Customer service is bad sometimes when dealing with a young girl with no experience and who seemed bothered by you asking her a simple question like" where can I find burning logs?..." This is my experience with the cashier Dominique Who I don't think wants to be there....This is not my first bad experience... another 20 years old with a disgusting nose piercing wasn't shy at all to reply " I don't know and just ignore me and pretend to do something else..."This place needs MEN with experience... not princesses who just want to make the minimum wage and go home ...
Small inventory. If you're looking for something even slightly out of the ordinary, go elsewhere. Only some staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable.
